J Frame target grips ID?
I had to buy these, glad I did. Very hard wood and feel great, Just wondering if anyone knows brand or maker.
Now I need another gun.

They kind of resemble Herrett Shooting Stars, but not sure.

I have a set similar to them that were made in the Philippines (sticker on 1). They are K frame though. Bought them at a gun show for $5. Bob

Yep mine came on a 63-4 that I stole I mean purchased for $300. They are the best J frame grips I have found to fit my big paws. Wish I had a few more. Did you get yours new? If so I would love to know where to order another set. Mine had the Philippines sticker on the inside also.

They look an awful lot like the styling of some of the grips I've seen on flea Bay coming out of Thailand. I have a set for my 60-4 that are pretty similar and other than being a little bit loose (need a small shim) they are attractive and fit my hand well.

I think they're new but got them from a local seller. I mounted 'em on my 640 just to see how they feel. Feel like they were made for my hand. Don't know where to tell you to get some. I think I'm going to look for another gun to give them a permanent home. Maybe a 63. You stole that one!
