Sorry I cannot make it again guys. Still on the other side of the pond. Actually in Ohio this past week but go back tomorrow. WE do come home in spring and fall 1 week each. So maybe they will coincide one of these trips.
We been gone 16 months already! Just 20 to go..,although I can't say I am not enjoying myself over in England. We visited the Normandy landing sites 2 weeks ago. That was amazing. Lot's of history over there too. But... no guns.

Done, from post #72 of the spring thread
OK Steelers/Pirates/ Penn's fans........Exit the Ohio Turnpike/I-80 at North Olmsted........ IIRC.... EXIT 152 ..... (it's after/ west of the Strongsville Exit 160-161).....................
once your off the Turnpike go NE on Lorain Rd (toward North Olmsted) about 1/2 mile...... you will see a big red Sheetz on the left...... turn left onto Lear Nagle Rd.....
about 1/2 mile ( you go under I-480) take the second right onto...... Chestnut Ridge Rd... ( IIRC it's the first traffic light)
Chestnut Ridge Rd turns into Bradley Rd...... continue on Bradley... this leg is about a mile to a mile and a half total .......
You will pass some soccer fields on the right..... then cross Barton Rd. (4 way stop??)...
Club is about 1/4 mile ahead on the right.

Denny, you're a computer wizard. Gotta make a few calls before it's tooooo late. Mike, times a flying. Seems like you just left for England. Let me know when you'll be home next spring if you can by January.
Just ran outside, there was a fly over bomber. Maybe a B52. Can hear the Air Force Thunderbolts flying now. Larry

Looks like I will not be able to attend this time, sorry everyone.
Hope you all have a great time, I'm sure you will as it is always a first class gathering.
If you all could spare a prayer or two I would really appreciate it. My only niece lives in Fort Myers, Florida. My brother, father and I have been worried sick for her.
Hope to see you all at the next one.
All the best, Bob.

Cannot wait, I am looking forward to see everyone and doing some shopping. Still not sure what to display, except maybe some guns. Looking for fixed sight Ns or a 13. If you are not sure, or are considering it, look at the photos of past get togethers. It is worth it to see the variety of S&Ws.

Bought the pop today, the basic stuff. If you see something in the refrigerator you would want, trade what I bought for one of the clubs. There is a good selection it the refrigerator. T-7 sounds good, Larry

Gonna have a few kinda hard to find revolvers for sale. Make sure you have a good selection of different dollar bills so there's enough floating around to break up the 100's everyone brings. Looking for a possible 625 45acp with a 5" barrel.
We'll be able to see the new range that was completed last week. Just called to see if the club house will be cleaned for us and volunteered to help with the clean up. Looking good for Saturday, can't wait. The weather will cooperate with us. Larry

Found an old email and sent something about the meeting. His name was Roland, can't remember him. He passed away last September, his wife answered the email. Figured if he made some friends here, you may want to know. Larry

Just came back from the club and all we need is the cleaning ladies to clean up the clubhouse. Wasn't much left to put away and sweep the floor to help the girls out. Lots of dust but we have a new range to shoot in.
REMEMBER to bring a comfortable chair to sit in, the clubs are hard plastic. Straw hat will come but a little late with some guns to sell. He works mornings. Been trying to snag him for years and gave up. Welcome, Larry

Bosswife, someone mentioned to me he was looking for a 25-2. Good luck. Kevin, I'll call you back again tomorrow for a price on something your selling. Getting excited with some of the newer people responding.
Matt, the computer guy won't be able to attend so I'll need help at the welcome table. Maybe we could take turns!! Just need a name, an email and maybe a phone number. Also, the usual help setting up, taking down and watching the food. See me on the last job and I'll explain it if someone wants to do it, it's easy.
Hombre, everyone raved abt the sandwich ring last time. Maybe this time I can get a piece of it.
Being that I help out on the Polar Express as one of the Santas and I bought a Red pick up truck, Santas sleigh will be loaded and ready to go on Friday night. Larry

Larry that 65-3 sounds like what I'm looking for, hope it's not too expensive. On the other hand, a Davis PPC gun sounds good too. Oh the decisions! See you all on Saturday.

Putting last minute items together. Everyone drive safe, it's close. Bam-Bam is down to hours in the T-countdown.
Guns I'll have to sell. Two (2) Illinois State police guns, one shooter w/letter and one exceptional with box. Pre-war 38 outdoorsman shooter, timing excellent. Pre-26 nice & a 17-6 heavy bbl, not full lug. Very hard to find. Last a Heritage model 17, performance center w/a box. One of 150. A K-22 field gun 6". Larry

T-1 and holding.........................
Traffic alert ........ just heard on the local news/ checked out Pa Turnpike Commissions Website.
The Pa Turnpike will be "closed" between Cranberry(Exit 30) and New Castle (Exit 12?) exits starting tonight through Monday morning.
80 mile detour...... 79N to 80W (Grove City to Sharon) to 376S
Warning of major/"massive" back ups at the ramps (79 &80) as well as delays at the toll plazas...............
Edit:Looks like it will add at least 50 miles and an hour to my trip.
Dang........ I not sure I can get there from here without using the detour !!!!!

That really is a bummer...why don't you start out this afternoon or tonight and get a motel room so you will be closer in the AM...

Thanks for the traffic update to help people in your area. Lots of road work being done on our old roads. Hope you find a reasonable way around the mess.
Just talked to Marty and he will be there. He just wanted to touch base to make sure everything is good for tomorrow. Larry

Larry,
Tell Marty I said hello, really enjoy his company.
Sounds like you'll have some nice guns, and Ollie as well.
Really jealous I won't be there.
Take lots of pics!
Have fun folks!
Bob

Hey Bob, wish you were gonna be there. Can't thank you enough for your sacrifice for our country and keeping us free. Can't wait for the spring meeting so I won't have to buy pop for the group. Lol, Larry

Not a bad idea..... but I still have to get home...... youngest has a High School soccer game in Butler tomorrow afternoon
Plan was; I was good from 8-12/12:30 or so......... as I planned to come back on I80 and I79 in under 2 hours as Butler is 25 miles closer to Cleveland than home................now that route is the detour.................my best guess is that the I-80/79 cloverleaf will be a nightmare
Still plotting
