A FUN AND USEFUL PROJECT WITH EXTRA GUN PARTS
Between what I had and what my Dad left me, I have a fairly extensive stock of gun parts and had no real use for these so I decided to make something I will use every day. If the day ever comes that I did need these two parts they are not permanently mounted and are easily taken off their wood mounts and will be used for their intended purposes. In the mean time I get to enjoy them every day

I have a cylinder holder, but never thought about using barrel. NEAT! I did see a coat rack of 4" M&P barrels one time. Ecofriendly recyclers, us S&W folk!

Oh, attachment is easy BTW ...........
The Barrel is simply screwed into a hole in the wood with its own threads.
The Cylinder sits in a slight recessed hole and held there with some Hot Glue in the center ER hole (ER removed of course) which is easily removed if I ever need it.
