Some nice bucks there! I'll be in Gracey for the first 4 days of rifle season in November, along with my son and grandson. Hope we see something as nice as a couple of those! Just hope it don't rain.

Apart from the pics here, how do you take a kill home?

I cringe if I see a deer tied to the front of a car, where engine heat probably ruins some meat.

Ky wonder I need to come visit during hunting season! Unfortunately, our deer are quite a bit smaller where I live. Those are nice!

As I recall, the Mammoth Cave, Ky area was restocked with really big deer from Michigan (I think) in the late 50's. I remember watching films of a release as a kid. Seems their descendants are still around.

Those are some nice bucks. Congrats to you and family. Kentucky has done a great job in managing their deer for mature bucks.

Bow season opens this weekend here (TN).....gonna miss the first few days . Wife has an overdue project I have to finish .

I say much better than nice!
Doe season started and went first time Sunday and got a nice one. Proud I made a good shot and had to trail only 10 feet.
At 83 my hunting days are getting short but I intend to as much as I can.
