1. arrange 4x10 schedule so you have Wed. off

2. go by FFL's house and pick up new to me 544 and Rossi 720.

3. head to range for shake down cruise with new guns and have them both shoot really well.

4. leave range for nearby golf course and play a nice (score could have been better) round with a good friend in perfect weather.

5. head home, wife is out, park on porch, fire up cigar, open my new favorite drink "Mike's Hard Lemonade-Blood Orange Flavor" with lots of ice.

6. Take wife out to our favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

7. Doze off on couch watching baseball.

If the house isn't burning and I can come home from work and put my feet up
for an evening without having to go back to work at midnight that's a good day.

That sounds like a fine checklist, definitely wouldn't work for me but I won't rain on someone else's parade. My edits would have a far longer range day with more handguns and lots of time at the load bench.
