Where's the Cat?
As many here know, our little cuddle cat Sandy recently had surgery to remove a polyp from her ear. She's doing fine but really doesn't like taking her antibiotics.
Last night when it was time for her meds, we couldn't find her but somebody opened my shirt drawer and pulled a bunch of my shirts out.....

I assume she doesn't care for the meds very much. Cool picture.

Cat’s are not stupid. Mine have a sixth sense when it’s time to go to the Vet.
We have 3, and never schedule more than two at a time. There’s been a time that we showed up with two, but not the two scheduled, simply because that’s the two we could corral.

The females, they always figure that stuff out. If it was a male, there'd be a big lump at the bottom of the drape with a thought balloon over it saying "they'll never find me here".

Heh heh oh Shasta could tell when she was about to get a shot or go to the vets-the sneaky places she'd hide. Musta-shared esp suggestions with Sandy months ago. .

I'm not sure if it's the meds she minds or having that thing shoved down her throat.
It's actually a thumbnail for the video.

Sandy travels well, Our other 2 cats not so much. They complain all the way down the road.
All three seem to like listening to Creedence though.

Consider yourself lucky if she didn't leave a little "present" among your shirts....

Pepper, a black cat we had for 16 years before he had to move on, would actually go pee on my daughter's head while she was sleeping, then hide for the rest of the day when she ticked him off. It was funny as heck to me, not so much for her!
Snubby, that clip of yours is just too cute man!!!

We have one that has a "7th" sense come Vet time. The best hiding place used by her (that we have discovered) was under the brass bed in our guest bedroom. She not only got under the bed but she crawled into a hole in the mattress cover and up under the mattress so that when you looked under the bed you saw no cat. It was only after I looked for a while I saw this big bulge in the mattress pad cover which nearly touched the floor.
Here is my favorite "Where is the cat" photo.

They know how to hide when they want too. A click of the cat food can brings them out or a wiggle of the chain on the red dot laser means it's time to play.
I'm trying to spray the tic repelant cedarcide on them but they run fast. The tics are now in city cement camo their in dark gray and light gray camo. They (tic) come in all colors red, black, black with a white dot. I'm in charge of the tic patrol. Lol. But there's less tics now it's under control.

The real difference between cats and dogs:
Since ancient times dogs have worshipped Man as if they were Gods.
In ancient times Man has worshipped cats as if they were Gods.. and cats never forgot it.

This is my latest cat (from about a year ago) Fuzzy. This is her favorite perch, and she also often naps in the same place, even though she does not really fit. Most cats like to be off the ground.
