Default S&W Customer Service, The Best

Have to give the ole thumbs up again to them. I have used them 3-4 times in the last 5-6-7 years... Always a pleasure, called them up, waited on hold for a few minutes, rep picks up, I tell him about the dead night sight on my 8 year old 586-7 PC ported 3" and if they have anything. He tells me they don't have any night sights for that older model, I say NP, do you have a regular sight I could use to replace it. He does his investigating, comes up with a replacement sight that would need to be drill once in place, I say, NP, I can take care of that. He answers with what's my mailing address, I give it to him and ask how much for the sight....... no charge, sorry, can't ship it today, it's too late, but will get it shipped tomorrow..

What more can one ask for ... I'm happy ..

Always glad to hear a POSITIVE customer service review. These happen more than we realize, it's just that so few people are motivated to post about it online.

I had a similar experience when I called about a used M&P 2.0 I bought from a LGS that only had 1 back strap. I asked about buying the other 3. Rep asked for my address and told me there'd be no charge.
