Who's the oldest forum member? I'm 83 (1-27-35).
Play racquetball almost every day at the local Air Force base. Over-65 champ (there's only one other guy and he's 76!)

I smoke, drink a fifth of whiskey
every day, love fried hamburgers
and never exercise.
But I do eat Greek yogurt to maintain
my health.
And I still feel like a youthful 79.

Sounds like we have some good longevity genes here. I turned 66 two weeks ago, and glad to look down at the grass every day.

Birthday coming Wednesday week...
I'll be 63. I suppose that here I'm 'middle aged'.
Is this by chronology or by how old you feel. I'm kinda beat up and for years I felt like I was 90 but I'm doing better now. I feel like a badly used 65.

I knew an old gentleman up in Montana who ran a gas station. He was
up in his mid nineties. When asked what he credited with staying healthy
he said good cigars and restaurant food.
I'm 83 too OP. What month? My BD is Feb. 11th.

Will be 70 this September. Don't move as fast or as often as I use too but I'm still moving. Just spent 3 weeks with my wife shooting ground squirrels and traveling 2000 miles. Two more trips planed that will add another 7,000 miles to our yearly travels. Can't wait to get to Texas to shoot some pigs.

My dad occasionally looks around here. He's only 92 though. Rolled his tractor the other day while doing some bush hogging and broke his collar bone and a couple of ribs. He's a little sore but whats worse is he's bored. I'm having to think up things to keep him from getting into trouble with the docs.

I'm only 62 but my odometer has tripped several times. I'm the perfect example of "if I'd have known I would live this long I would have taken much better care of myself". My motto in the early years was "live hard, die young and be a nice looking corpse". Now that I'm way beyond looking nice, I want to hang around a while longer.
