I've had one for 3 years now and love it. At almost $1000 less than a Green Egg (once you buy the necessary accessories) I ain't too proud too own one. I've smoked turkey, chicken, pork butt, ribs, etc and always comes out smoky & juicy.

ok .... thanks
dont really NEED an other grill. have a large weber charcoal grill & a bullet smoker . its seems possible that this kamado unit may be simpler to smoke on , with no water pan to fuss with . also like the way the grill is made with the heavy grates & all . the draft control looks to be an other positive with a large control dial on top , plus the built in temp gauge is very welcome .
to those who have used this grill .... can you actually re- use the same charcoal for the 2nd &/or third cook ? what is your method of re-lighting the charcoal ?

Last Summer when my Son moved to PA with his Bride to be (married now), we bought them a pretty large Stainless Steel Charbroil Grill. The grill came with a cover and he is very good about cleaning and covering it after each use. That said, he told me it is now starting to rust! BTW he stores it in the Garage during the Winter months so it is not exposed to snow and cold. I would guess the "Stainless Steel" is Chinesium and ******!
My Weber is 23 years old and in perfect condition. Mine sits outside all year long (I do grill occasionally in the Winter) but it does get covered - NO rust!
At least from my personal experience, you get what you pay for as far as Grills go. This is the first Weber I've ever bought and it is worth every single cent is costs!! The only parts that have been replaced in 23 years are one ignitor ($9.98) 1 Tank Regulator ($14.99) and the Grill cover ($59.00).

Grill at wal mart. Really good thinking. Plenty of choices of meat, veggies also. Not to mention liquid refreshments, and patio furniture. Yes grill at wal mart.
