Dads everywhere are quivering with anger. Including this one.
Both of my daughters are beautiful young women. One of which does wait tables for a small local diner in town. I’m not sure what I would do if this happened to her.

The guy gives one of the lamest excuses I've heard in a long time.
"Cherwinski told police the touching was 'an accident' and he was just trying to get the woman to move out of his way." Aw, c'mon. You gotta be kiddin' me!! An accident??! Trying to get the woman to move out of his way??? Gimme a break! Just watch the video. That wasn't an accident!
I just hope they show the video to the guy's wife and let her be the judge. If that happens...well, I pity the poor slob. Oh...wait a minute. No I don't. He deserves what he gets!

Reminds me of a New Yorker cartoon: Guy and gal side by side on airplane. Guy is holding his nose looking unhappy. Gal, looking calm and collected, is saying to stewardess, “No, we’re fine. He accidentally touched my breast and I accidentally broke his nose.”

Thats great.
She needs to practice with an aiming point about 32 inch above the ground!
If I tried that, they would need to take me to the Emergency Room, even if there wasn't any assailant. Maybe 60 years ago!
