I have a question for the computer experts, or anyone smarter than myself (which is just about everyone).

As my "basement computer" I am using an old ASUS "eebox" running Windows XP Professional with ATI Catalyst image control.

I am using an old Philips 60" projection TV as my monitor connected to the ASUS using an HDMI cable.

My problem is: I can not get the image to center on the TV.
The image displays about one inch off center to the left and I can not find a way to get it to move.

I have my desktop area set at 1280 x 720.

I can change resolution and scaling, and the image gets larger, but cuts off the left side.

The TV tuner's broadcast image is centered, as are all other inputs.

Just the computer is skewed to the left.

Any ideas, anyone?

Under the TV's Main Menu, go to the Picture Menu, and select Auto Adjust.

I have your XP/ATI/TV configuration on an extra computer I'll have access to in a couple of weeks. If you still have the problem then, I might be able to troubleshoot it.
