this has been a slow year here in lonesome hollow

have slowed down on gun trades, seems like there is nothing that catches my attention any more,

well maybe one, I saw a brand new 642-1 performance center revolver the other day without the Hillary hole, so maybe their listening to there customers a little.

got the food plots out in may without last years issues, seeing some very nice deer in them now

seems they are hitting them (food Plots) harder this year than in the past,
I cant walk the woods anymore to see what the mast crop looks like, so it may be less browse in the woods or we might need to take a few more out of the herd.

been thinking of setting up a veterans hunt this year, for some wounded vets, we have numerous shooting houses on the farm that we can get guys with disability's into fairly easily.

so I am going to contact my local vfw for assistance with that,

anyway hope all on here are having a good year

If you can't find any wounded vets maybe you can set up some hunts for some of the troops returning from the middle east. I bet some of them would really enjoy it and it would be a great way to show your appreciation.
