Default Another Mystery Bird

A few ago a friend and I were sitting in a picnic area on the Rio Jemez, about 60 miles NW of here.
We were eating a sandwich and just enjoying the day.
The Rio Jemez is a small river that you folks back East would probably call a ‘Creek.’ But in bone dry NM if it flows it’s a River!
I glance over at a big rock in the river about 20 feet away.
I notice this small bird land on top of the rock.
Then I could hardly believe what it did next!
It walked down the side of the rock under water!
After a minute or so, it reappeared on the From other side of the rock, then shook the water off.
Then did it again!
Not being a Bird Person, i had to look it up.
It was a Dipper.
It eats goodies growing underwater on the rocks.
