Maybe I'm just getting old.....
.....but when I see on her facebook that the new court reporter worked as an
ecdysiast (her word) I wonder what in the hell was the judge (female) who hired her thinking???????

I briefly dated a court reporter. If the fancy restaurant we were in one night had used shorter tablecloths we would have been thrown out for her, ahem, under the table activities. 
Soooo, as you might guess, I don't see a problem here.
