Arrow U.S. VETERANS Group

Edited March, 2019-

We have changed the process for becoming a member of the Veteran's Group.

I think We are caught up on adding members under the old method.
If you have requested to join and did not get into the Group, please accept my apology. Follow the steps below and we will get it handled.

Feel free to post any comments or questions here.

We have a special Usergroup for US Military veterans- active duty, retired, National Guard, Reserves, and Veterans. If you took the oath, you are eligible for this group.

THANKS for your service!

Each member will have the custom user title of "US Veteran".

There is a private area that can only be seen by members of the group.

To Join the Veteran's Group>

First, make sure you have selected one of the military icons for your profile.
Click User CP in the lower navigation bar up top.
Then, click Edit Your Details in the left side menu and select a branch of service.
Then, click the "Save Changes" button at bottom of that page.

To join, Click on "Community" in the lower navigation bar at top of any page:

On the next page that appears, click "Yes"

If you do not have one of the military icons (Army, Navy, etc) on your profile, I will have to ask you what branch you were in. Now, WAIT for me to approve your membership. I usually get them done in a day or two. IF I am on a trip, it might be 7-10 days. Once you see "US Veteran" below your User Name, you will know you are a member. You can then read and/or post by entering the Group using the steps above, or the steps below.

////////////////////////////////////

Now that you are a member of the group, there are several ways to enter the group:

Click "User CP" in the navigation bar-

Get familiar with your User CP. ALL the controls available to you are in the menu on the left. When you are using the Private Message function, the same menu is visible on the left.
Scroll down and click "Social Groups"-

Then, click any of the Veteran's Group icons to enter the private Group area-
