After years of getting the raw pizza and bringing it home and plopping it into the oven..................
Tonight I tried something new for a change to see what would happen.
Fired up the new pellet smoker and let it warm up to high............
Pellets were a "Comp" type, general do all medium pellet that
most makers offer.
Placed the pizza on it's floppy plate onto the grill on the far side
away from the burner and let it rip for ten minutes.
No peaky!!
Lifted the lid to check for bubbles and all the **** the net mentioned, could happen........
but it was ok and I did not turn it .... just shut the lid.
At 19-20 minutes it was perfect!!
High at 20 minutes........... done deal. (434*)
