Cross Culture Knish?
My wife has a Jewish friend that she's known since college. We're planning an overnight trip to visit over the weekend.
Today we decided to combine an American Indian fry bread with a Jewish knish for a cross culture treat.
She mixed up some fry bread dough and put Dove dark chocolates with cherry in the middle.
I heated up the oil in a cast iron pan and cooked 'em to a golden brown.
My wife topped them with powdered sugar.
They tasted amazing. It's gonna difficult saving a few for her friend.
