Chili Mac, NM Style
Nuked a serving of Mac and Cheese.
Put In a bowl, added Chicken, Green Chile Sauce, more cheese and onion.
Nuke again!
Served with a side of Avocado.

It’ll definitely work. If I had some Fritos laying around, I’d include some for texture.

It was Tyson already cooked.
I just thawed a piece and chopped it up.

The Green Chile Sauce was a Bottled Store Bought.
It’s Made by a local company.

I will throw some chicken breasts on the smoker and I can't wait to git 'er done. I'll pro'll need 2 avocados though. Like 'tater chips, I can't eat just one. :^)
