I'm going camping.
I live in a Utah State Park. Friday night the Gov said we can only allow visitors from within the same county that the park is in.
We have two campgrounds. One with full hook ups and a primitive campground about 3 miles up the canyon.
This is our primitive campground last week with just a little fresh snow.
I think I'm going to take my camper and go spend a couple of nights in here.
At least I'll get to go camping.
I took this picture at 8:15 this morning. Currently we don't have any snow on the ground.
Yes, I am self isolating.

You picked a lovely spot for it, beautiful pictures, thanks. That would make me a happy camper, also.

One of the things I like about Utah is there are places you can see
for miles and not a sign of humanity. You can almost think that you
are the first one to see the beautiful landscape.
Now for camping in the snow, I have done so, not a big fan and the
times I did the snow caught me already camped.

Yes, Being caught in the snow, is nowhere as pleasant as going to camp in the snow!
I envy your quarantine quarters! In weather like this my friends & I usually hit gun stores and help each other with projects. But now we just text jokes to each other!

This was 8:30 this morning looking out my front door.
The snow we get this time of year has all melted by noon.
Utah is a beautiful state with a lot of public land for recreating.

Both George Washington and Jefferson National Forests here in Va. have closed their campgrounds, picnic areas and at least one range. Fortunately trout fishing and spring gobbler seasons are still on in the forests.
Hope to get out soon. Weather is great here in SW Va. Don't know if they closed to primitive / backpack camping. Appalachian Trail getting a lot of local use and Trail Conservancy is advising folks to take precautions there and for through hikers to postpone. Through hikers start coming through here in a month or two.

That definitely meets any reasonable definition of self-isolation! Enjoy!

Rubi, you are blessed to live there. It is a beautiful state. I went snowmobiling out of Daniels Summit lodge near Heber city. We had a business meeting there and took half a day to hit the trails. I took some time to head out to a Bear Lake NWR as well. Thought about doing some waterfowl hunting out there sometime. Enjoy and keep your powder dry.

Beautiful scenery but make sure you practice social distancing with Mr. Bear. You might want to increase that distance just a tab!
Have fun.
