Uploading photos to forum from Google Images

Hi,
I'm using a MAC. Anyone know how to obtain google URL to transfer photos to S&W forum? I have the photos in a google album but then what?

When you post click on advance settings on the bottom , then on stop click the paper clip icon attachments . click choose photo and will bring up files listed on your computer. click on file or picture and then upload. sorry that is the best I can explain I learned pushing buttons .
