Luckily I wasn't from there....the beaches are fantastic.

I was a little confused until I saw that. Now I know what I need to know and that is that nobody has a clue what this is all about or what we really need to do.
Guess I'll just take responsibility for my own safety and rely on good old common sense. I have a feeling that THAT is in short supply these days.

I'm with you, sort of waiting for the other shoe to drop----I can't shake the feeling that this is covering something else up.
One thing I did notice though,is that it united the country again, against a common foe---I hope that the rest of the world took notice that we, as a country, reacted very quickly to the situation-
and we will react to anything or any other country that thinks America would be a pushover---and, we can, and will, hit back really hard!

Absolutely! Which is why I “liked” it when it was first posted a coupla weeks ago, and again when you posted it yesterday.
I think it is hilarious precisely because it is so accurate. (Kinda a sorry comment on our government’s leadership in this pandemic, but there it is.)
My iPad comment was to make the point that IOS, Apple’s mobile OS, allowed me to view it without belonging to FaceBook and without running any unwanted programs that FaceBook may have wanted me to run. For all its faults, primarily being overpriced from my point of view, Apple does have good security.

What "united" what "early reaction". Have you noticed the fighting and arguing. Armed marches. Some states completely shut down, some wide open. Shutdown protests and lawsuits. Our total lack of protective equipment and testing ability and ignoring it until it did become a problem. That was a good job? Sure hate to see us muck it up. United and early response, my rosy red.
I bet the rest of the world did take notice.

Yesterday the wife and I took a drive up to our local lake. Upon approach I seen a lot of boats out on the water, it was a nice day.
As I drove down the road to the boat launch, along the road at the lake front I seen a lot of tent pavilions set up with a lot of people congregating along the shoreline with their jet skis in the water.
There were a lot of people along with their kids enjoying the day, grills were cooking and the refreshments were flowing! They were all having a nice day!
I believe it might have been a club function but they all seemed to be having fun on a nice day!
The one thing I noticed was,,,,there were no masks and there was no “Social Distancing” they were all together having fun!
I was really glad to see America back to “Normal” again! 😉
I’m hoping the rest of this weekend is enjoyable for them along with many other families doing the same! 🤗
