Default Donate to the NRA

As you enjoy this long weekend, please consider donating to the NRA, or other pro gun organizations. We are in the fight of our lives this political year, and every dollar counts.

We definitely are in that fight in Virginia. Our state group, the Virginia Citizens Defense League, has been extremely active at local and state levels.

I'm all paid up... Thanks for the reminder though. It is really seriously important to support our 2A organizations now. More than ever. And VOTE!! Even in primaries. I just received an absentee ballot application in CT even though I didn't ask for one, and it's for a primary. Local elections are very important for 2A issues too

I've been sending a little every paycheck for the last few months, even a small donation of $5.00 or $10.00 dollars can help the cause....

I just upgraded this past week to Benefactor Life Member, the NRA isn't perfect but it is the largest voice we have to protect our rights.

I'm bringing this one back again to ask you to consider donating to the NRA. With the latest BS from the state of NY, the NRA need us the members to dig deep.

I think it's very important to give extra money too the NRA and it's also important to give too local gun rights groups. The anti gun people have plenty of money for their agenda and we as gun owners should realize that it will take a lot of money to fight them. There's no free lunch and if you are going to dance you should be willing to pay the fiddler. Larry

By all means if you can send them a contribution please do so, we are in a fight that never seems to end, they were formed in 1871 and are 149 years old. I don't think the woman in New York will be able to break us up but they will try. I have been a life member since Sept. of 1974, if not for the NRA we would be using slingshots and round rocks for ammo. Jeff

I contribute every so often. I do believe that The upper Management of the NRA think they deserve MUCH more in pay and perks than the actually do. It rankles me but I hold my nose and write the check.

I'm another that thinks another Cincinnati Rebellion is in order.

Don't forget - If you have a pro-gun Representative or Senator (state or Federal) up for election this November, they deserve some contributions also.

My wife is also a member. I have posted before that not just one per household but every shooter and gun owner should be a member. If we all stuck together a bunch of restrictive gun laws would be gone. Larry

I haven't payed much attention to the LaPierre situation, I assume the problem will get ironed out. My concern is fighting those who will crush our rights given the chance.

Thanks to all who continue to donate.

The purpose of this thread is to seek donations to the NRA. PERIOD.

It is not a thread to complain about the organization or it's leadership. PERIOD.

Many are not aware, but if your an Amazon Prime member, they have a program called Amazon Smile that donates a percentage of your purchases through Amazon to your favorite institution/organization/charity...and the NRA is one that they list. Also many Veteran groups. Easy way to due donations without even thinking about it - sign up for Smiles and list your organization/charity - buy on Amazon and they automatically send funds for you - and you can see at the end of the year what amount was donated. Hope this helps.

This is on my list for this week. I'm having a political donation and sending that to the NRA.

No organization is perfect, but the NRA is still way ahead of whichever pro 2A organization is in second place.

Been an NRA Patron for a number of years.
It’s amazing how many hunters/shooters are not NRA members.

I just did again to the NRA ILA.

I won't post a link, but it can be Googled easily enough. Type 'donate NRA ILA' in the search.

This is the NRA's 'Institute for Legislative Action'.

Any donations or bringing awareness to the topic is very much needed right now. Thanks @ the OP for promoting this message, which we as gun owners all share in.
