Went back to the Berea show today, Sunday. Was there from 11-1, light crowd, near cold temperature because of wind. Picked up 4 S&W pistol magazines.
Tried to ask about a M37 3", seller was old and deaf, wasn't interested in dealing, had a price of $465 on it.

Larry, now that the pre-bunch gun shows are done, what will you be displaying ?
I'll have with me a magazine for 'BRatliff' that he asked me to save for him prior to the spring bunch and reloading components for 'Old_Cop' that he claimed from the 'reloading components for sale for bunchers' thread before the spring bunch.

Was thinking of putting a 1-1951 K-22 with a Korth .22 revolver and a 14-6 or -7 with a Manurhin mr73 so people can compare them. Kinda putting America’s finest with Europe’s finest. Only other thing I could do is show all the Andy Horvath gun’s he did for me over the years. Will stop at Fragapones and get 18 doughnuts Saturday morning, Larry

I'll have the S&W bolt action rifle, no handguns-nothing new and nothing to dispose of, S&W pistol magazines in case someone's looking for, and maybe reloading components.
Too late of a 'bunch' for offering Hostas as they're going into their winter dormancy.
Cameras.
I'll be looking for 'stuff' that JR might have.

Just got off the phone with David from Erie Pa and he will try to make it if his cortisone shot kicks in. Said he will bring a S&W Model 52 fully engraved he just won on an auction site. Hope the shot works, Larry

Golddollar, too bad you won’t be there. Will miss the Lou Groza T shirt and the mushrooms. He makes incredible stuffed mushrooms.
Remember everyone, I will have all the plate, bowls, forks, spoons, coffee cups etc, you just need to bring the food. THE BETTER the FOOD, the better we eat. Larry

Going thru the thread, looks like 5 'newbies' (4 posted, 1 has yet to post-from my PMs') potentially coming.
Prepped everything today, only firearm I'm bringing is the S&W rifle.
Cameras are ready, I keep forgetting at every 'bunch', maybe this time remember, a group photo as social distancing will allow.

Have to miss this time around
Bob M. and I will be a no show for this gathering. Health concerns and a new job are conflicting with attendance.
We appreciate the members we met and hope that Robert added to his titanium collection.

Larry was at the Lake for about 10 days and missed your CZ purchase post until now ..... a CZ527 FS in .223/5.56 is my favorite walking around Penn's Woods" rifles... after my CZ 452FS in .22mag.
Mine has a little 1-4x20 Leupold scope.... very European.... great for Penn's woods and the small fields of the Laurel Highlands.
Congrats......................

I have ALWAYS wanted to make one of these and I even posted to one a year or more ago and I don’t post to them now if I don’t think I can attend.
Is there any chance a future one might be held on a Sunday rather than a Saturday?

It's good to reply in the thread even if you can't make it, as it informs Larry of potential new participants.

Still have the bullets, haven’t converted the 550 for 9mm yet. Just looking for more. Passed up lead 9mm’s at Berea at 25 per box of 500, good deal, my blood lead count is too high.
Sevens, doubt we would have a Sunday Bunch. If enough people want it, I would consider it.
Down to one more wake up. Hope the rain ends tonight so everyone can have a safe trip in the morning. Gonna finish packing the truck so when I wake up up, grab some coffee, will be out the door. Larry

Weather service indicates the line of storms should be clear of the western PA area by 2-3 am, so the PA participants 'should' be OK.
Got nasty here about 1/2 hour ago, a lightning light show. Some wind and not much thunder so lightning strikes must have been very distant.
All be well in the travels !

Many thanks for your time and effort to keep these "bunchings" going Larry.
While the attendance numbers were no doubt down, I think a good time was had by all.
I always manage to find a few things I am looking for. Picked up a couple of 3rd. gen mags (thanks Denny). Also found a box of vintage Cor-Bon ammo for my 356TSW.
It was nice to get together with the group again. I haven't really been out in public much unless necessary.
Best regards, Bob.

Not a big showing, but still a great time. I found the J frame grips I need for the 60-4 and showed the guys my 18-3 that I got from Cabela's on Wednesday for $450.00 OTD.
Thank you Larry for keeping this going.

It was a 'clearing house/sale for me. Delivered reloading components that were 'claimed' back in the spring, sold six magazines but picked up seven from JR, and some 3rd gen stuff from JR, ammunition went well-sold all the 5.56/223 and most of the 22lr ammo, on the way out JR got all the brass packages that I wanted 'gone'. I gave him a good price on it all so he'll be able to make money at his next show.

We are babysitting again and if I remember correctly we had 27 people at the Bunch today. Not bad for a covid party, a sign of the times. Had a few new people, was glad to meet them. Just enough good food to complete the day. Thanks to everyone that helped where needed and to Bill for bringing the pop, always hated getting it and it was more to transport back & forth. Had a back seat full of bunch items bring.
Traded a gun, and sold one. Good day all around. I know Denny took pics and they will follow, thanks Denny. Also bought some ammo from oldman10mm (Denny). Larry

Six months till the next one, Bunch 'withdrawal' feels just like Cedar Point 'withdrawal' for me along with my other 'withdrawals' for car shows, gun shows, travelling to NC, and travelling to Florida.

Financial report. There were 27 people and all the money added up to 160.00. Wrote a check to NOSC, the host club for 60.00. Sent a check to Lee here at the forum for 110.00, I donated 10 extra. Larry
