I'm beginning to think some of you guys work for the pharm companies the way you post this stuff up. I'm 25 and gonna need blood pressure meds if I keep watching this stuff.

I bumped into Alan Korwin, creator of the various "Gun Owner's Guides...", at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas a few years back. We sat to rest and converse on a bench, and while we were chatting, David Kopel, an acquaintance of Alan, happened along, and the three of us had a little chat. Nearby, some exhibitor was showing "snuff" video of coyotes being shot by predator callers, to which I objected. Kopel astutely pointed out that the the hard core anti-gunners are not the same as the animal rights whackos -- they're not concerned with hunting/animal issues, except to the extent that it gets another constituency riled up against us. They are really convinced that guns and gun owners are bad people, and if they could only pry us away from our guns, we might turn out to be OK.
