There is an auction coming up in 2 days that has a Elvis Presley Colt 45 (No. 45 of 300).
I have checked about everywhere, but I cannot find anything on this run of revolvers. Does anyone know who made this model? Who put this model out? Any information would be greatly appreciated. |

It may not have been a run of revolvers, it may have been a run of bottom feeders.
Here is an ended auction to one on GB. http://www.gunbroker.com/Aucti...m.asp?Item=124558530 And another. http://www.gunbroker.com/Aucti...m.asp?Item=120688467 It is amazing, a guy trying to sell a 3000 dollar gun and he can't put up a single decent picture of the thing. I have seen better photographed 50 dollar Ravens than this one. Lookey here, the google-fu is strong in this one tonight! http://smith-wessonforum.com/groupee...on_biggrin.gif http://www.americaremembers.com/Products/ETP/ETP.asp bob |

Thanks for the reply. The one that is selling is a cowboy gun. It comes with the same type of box, but it is, I believe, in 45 long colt. I wish that it was the ACP model, those are really nice.(Colt) Just found the cowboy model on the site you posted. I agree with the pictures on the one listing, that is terrible. It looks as though the auto is sold out. The cowboy gun is still available.(Uberti) http://smith-wessonforum.com/groupee...icon_frown.gif Not sure if I want to bid on the one at the auction or not. |
Elvis looks pretty popular, he had the Colt 45 bottom feeder, a Uberti cowboy gun and I also saw a S&W .357 TCB edition.
That site has more tribute guns than you can shake a stick at! http://smith-wessonforum.com/groupee...s/icon_eek.gif bob |

It sure does. I book marked it for future reference. Some very different guns on that site. http://smith-wessonforum.com/groupee...s/icon_eek.gif Thanks again Bob. |
Remember the old saying: "The two happiest days in a boat owners life: The day he bought the boat, and the day he finally sold it".
