Daily driver-
2006 Lincoln Town Car (like driving your couch to work!)

Trailer-puller/"extra" car-
1999 Tahoe, ex-Michigan State Police. It was a beauty until someone from one of my neighbor's drunken parties hit-skipped it. I'm still debating getting the damage fixed, but it's now my 'second-string' vehicle. Fun to drive, and you can haul about anything in it or with it!

I drive the best MPG car around. 2005 VW Jetta,TDI. Gets 38/39 combined city/highway and around 45mpg on longer trips. It even beats the Prius in MPG. My hauler is a 2004 Trailblazer with 8000 miles on the odometer. Only used to haul something that want fit in the Jetta. Neither has required any repairs.

I'm not trying to be a wet blanket here, I'm just surprised. Why would anyone care who drives what? Just interesting.

In this day and age, I don't particularly care to ID my car for the world at large. I would never post a pic of it, <span class="ev_code_RED">much less with the TAG NUMBER SHOWING, or any distinguishing features.</span>

Likewise, I would never put pics of my kids on the net. They are CUTE kids, but I wouldn't show 'em to the whole world.

Long ago, and far away, on a combat tour, I NEVER carried personal data. NO photos, nothing with anyone else's name, no addresses(memorize them), no letters(burn them). Dog tags, ID card, ration card, MPC, and whatever orders I had to have. NOTHING else.

I really don't mind, folks, just thought you might want to think about such things.

Lee, there are so many Mercury Sables in the world that you could never pick mine out of the crowd. You can't throw a rock around here without hitting one. There are two more just like mine in my neighborhood alone. Same color and everything. That's OK, though. At least I know where to get spare parts.

Pictures would be appreciated, sounds like a great car.

Our daily driver is a 2007 Subaru Outback Wagon. Good car for a retired couple during Wisconsin winters.

I totally agree, I didn't even realize that that my one picture had the plates showing. I actually found both pictures from google images.

I guess this actually goes to show you, that you really shouldn't post those kind of things on the net. You never know what kind of crazy wacko would use it in an internet thread. Or worse case scenerio do something mischievous with it.

I drive the Batmobile, of course. You've never seen me and Bruce Wayne together at a party, right? Here she is in the batcave.

And during a nice drive downtown past Gotham's (well, okay, San Miguel's) main square...

...and parked beside another one painted in a more "Rat Patrol" type paint-job...(which is NOT mine! Mine's BLUE!!!)

I've been driving this VW Safari (Thing) since 1991 when I first came down here. It's one of the last one's made (January, 1980) in the Puebla plant. It is an absolute SCREAM to drive, and I can't think of a better ride for Bananaland.

This is not a picture of my actual car, but it is identical in color and trim details, other than my Echo's lack of wheel covers (took them all off, after finding out how heavy they were when I changed a flat)...

My daily driver is a 2002 Corvette ZO6. With a couple intake and exhaust mods and pro tuning has it about 485 HP (so the tuner says?). Anyway it's plenty fast and a lot of fun to drive.

My daily depends if the dog is riding with me or not. She rides in the 2003 Ford F250 4x4 four door. My car is a 2004 Pontiac Montana. The dog refuses to ride in the van for some reason, so regardless of the mpg, I use the truck.

I have a 2006 Crossfire for show and PT Cruiser for a daily driver. Most of the time the Cruiser has the back seats out. That little car can haul more than some truck!

I am driving my Subaru Forester for economy or my Ford F350 Crew Cab, Dualie when I want to take the horses for a ride. The F350 gets very poor mileage but much better than young Dan's ride.

2003 Silverado for me.

Mine was paid off the day I bought it in 2003. It has almost 45,000 miles on it now and at my age, this may be the last vehicle I ever have to buy.

After one Chevy, one Ford and six Dodge trucks I bought this one. A 2007 Nissan Titan SE, and I love it.

2001 Chevy Suburban with 186,000 miles on it. I've heard of many Suburbans with high miles. hopefully I can get a lot more out of it.

My service van that I drive at work is a 2001 Ford Econoline 3/4 ton van. It has 350,000 miles. We can't kill it!
