I know this has been mentioned in the various forum categories, but I think it's worth repeating. If you don't already have the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson, 3rd Ed, get one! I stopped in the book store today and picked it up. I definitely recommend it! It's an amazing book! Money well spent, for sure!

I actually only have a 2nd Ed. but the centerfold is of several of Doc44's guns. I have karma'd a couple of thirds, but have to get one for myself

My wife got me one at the Springfield Armory Museum last fall.

Now she is mad because it is always beside the computer monitor in the quick draw position.

I agree Misty. I ordered mine from Amazon, I think I paid about $25; it even makes a nice backdrop for photos. Best coffee table book I've owned.
