I am hoping for some help here. On my garage queen the passenger headlight will not rotate when the headlights are turned on. How can I diagnose if the problem is the motor or if it is elsewhere. Thank you for your help

Time and grounds are the most common Corvette enemies. Check for mushrooms of the green powdery variety in the bulkhead connectors going to it. As well as the grounds that service it. Remember, they're fiberglass, and they need grounding independently of being connected to the plastic body.
Good Luck! Spent a lot of time dry humping a 65' hardtop myself!
