Trouble posting

"You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."
This is the message I get when I try to do a quick post. Tried it on a couple of different areas ie "for sale" and another. I can post threads ok but can't quick post. When I refresh I have to log in again and try again to no avail. Help please. Thanks!

Try clicking the lower right icon in the preceding post--then to quick reply..

Ok it looks like I can post a reply but cannot "quick post".
Not sure what the dif is but I can live with it. Thanks for

Quick reply to your last post. I just clicked on the icon on the bottom right that looks like a quill and piece of paper.
