Is it Fall yet? Way to hot here in San Antonio !
I am ready for Fall as it is way to hot this year !
Everyday for 2 weeks it seems to be @ 100 degrees........geeze
I think I need a trip up North where it's about 65 or 70 degrees - Canada maybe?
I can't even get in the shootin' mood - bummer !
I can't wait for the first Northern cold front with clear blue skies and 65 degree days..
Oh well, now back to reality......
I feel better now that I have vented.
Thanks, Texan

Here in north east PA, I think it got up to the low 80s. Not too humid. Nice breeze though all day.
Tonight is downright perfect. Right now.. its almost 9pm with clear skies and 72 degrees.

I took a shower yeaterday after working in the yard. Water was warm so I went to turn down the hot and realized that all I had on was the cold..
I've come to realize that it's that damn heat index they use. It was never this hot until they invented the heat index-I tink that it is what's behind global warming. Get rid of the heat index and the problem will be solved.

I do not even want to go out of the house. The heat index is 110.
93 degrees with the same humidity.
It ain't the heat it's the humidity

I was TDY down there about 10 years ago during the summer. Sun was so intense and hot it was almost painful to go outside. I would wait until 2230 hrs to go and run. It was still hotter than blue blazes but at least the sun wasn't out.
I really liked SA and if I ever had to live in a city SA would be it. I would just hibernate during the summer.
I'll stay where I'm at. Yesterday I went up to a high mountain lake near my house. The lake is around 11,000 ft, the day was cloudy and about 55 degrees. Perfect weather if it gets above 60 it is too dang hot.

It's been over 100 for the last week or so here as well. Riding the bike feels like riding into a hair dryer. It's a very dry heat so I don't have to worry about getting all sweaty though.
