We haven't done this in a while, so let's pull out our favorite guns and holster rigs that we show off when we have a bar-b-q!!!! Here's my offering, a Colt Series 80 Commander with hand made pewter grips and a carved western style holster from Mexico and Gatorfarmer fat man's belt!!!!

My two prized possesions. A matched pair of engraved, rebuilt Colt .45s with stag grips. Vintage 1920 and 1957 in a B-western rig I built in the late 80's. an old poor photo but you know what? Holsters still fits!

Closest thing I have to a bbq gun is this shiny nickel 70s vintage Python. Christmas present from my sweet wife about 10-12 years ago, along with a EP Saddlery Threepersons holster.

You again?!! I love that whole outfit, feral. The rig I made in the reply above is my one and only two-tone dye jobs. I'll never get bored looking at that Alphonso masterpiece.

I don't do any barbecueing, so I guess I don't have one.

I do a lot of grilling, but I don't have a designated grillin' gun. I guess I HAVE grilled while wearing my 681 or 629 though.

Just recently pick the PC up. Have not had a chance to shoot it. Hopefully some day I will have a range report.

I think this is the best post war colt single action. A 1873-1973 44-40 Centennial. Black powder frame and etched barrel. I took a big saved pile of beer cans in and got about $125. Then stopped in the gunshop where I got this gun and bought the pearl grips for $80. The gun cost $1200 out the door about two years ago.

YES! That's what we need- a vintage leather thread.
Alfonso did beautiful work.
So did Ojala. Anybody have some work by the old Hollywood masters?
Anybody ever see Arvo's beautiful daughter working a show with him?
