Steer's head N frame grips
I've seen them on a couple of people's guns here. Who makes them these days? I know they were a favorite of Elmer's and they sure do look sharp when done right.

I do not know of anyone making them today. I have a couple guns with like-type grips (one N-frame and one K-frame) but have never seen the grips being sold on their own. I suggest you buy a gun (if you can locate one) with a set if you want a set.
Good luck.
Bob

Gunbroker Auction 135009904 is a set. Not sure if they are N Frame but they look like it. They have been on auction for over a year with no bids.
Buffalo Brothers out of Arizona make some fake Ivory and or pearl Steerhead grips. Just not the same IMO

Paul Persinger of El Paso Tx is who has made carved ivory stocks for myself and several other members of the forum. His work is at the master level and you will be more than pleased. He is also a heck of a nice guy to do business with and you will very much enjoy him.

I agree with Joe Kent 110%. Paul Persinger's grips are works of art, and they are investments for the future. I have one set, and I'm saving for another. get your steer head grips from Paul; you will never regret it.

I just bumped to the top ,pictures of my Persinger carved stocks in the first Hand Ejector catagory. I would have moved it here if I understood the system better. Sorry for any confusion. Joe
