Damn cops!
I lost my keys yesterday and had to throw a garbage can through my living room window to get in the house....it was a bit cold so I had my ski mask on....and what does my nosey *** neighbor do? She calls the police thinking someone is breaking in. As I'm climbing through my window, some black cop comes up behind me and asks what I'm doing. I told him I lived there and lost my keys. He then had the nerve to ask me to take off my ski mask.....of course, I refused since it's my right to wear what I want...then he asks for some ID....now I'm boiling....I tell him he is just picking on me because I'm Italian. In a smart alecky tone, he says how could he know I'm Italian if I'm wearing a mask, and even without a mask it's hard to tell. At this point, I realize I'm dealing with an irrational prejudiced numbskull and ask for a white supervisor. A white Sergeant (he looked Irish) pulls up and talks with the officer for a minute. Then the Sergeant comes over to me and pulls off my mask. That made me so mad I took a swing at him. I don't remember much after that. I woke up in the hospital and the nurse told me I had a concussion and few broken ribs....I think she might have been Hispanic...so I wasn't sure whether to believer her or not.

What those cops did to you was really stupid ! Italians are still being persecuted in this country!
