Red face I admit it, I'm weak

Well, I said (loudly, and to anyone who would listen) I would never buy a gun with one of those d***** lock holes in it. That was until I visited my local seller today. Upon entering, I passed the case where he keeps the new Smiths without so much as a glance. I approached the used case and there it was. An ANIB Model 60-18 complete with everything Smith shipped it with. Even the cable lock was present and unopened. (Although I always thought including a cable lock with an IL gun kind of redundant.) I had never seen one in person before. I fell in love, or maybe just lust. Anyway, I left with it. Am I crazy to want a J-Frame .357 with a 5" barrel and target sights?

I too have had a hard time walking away from that 5" J-Frame.

It is just cuter than a speckled pup.

I don't have any use for one, but that has never been much of an obstacle.

Buy it and tell me you don't like it so I can quit looking!!!

Smile I like it!

Here's the obligatory picture. I disabled the IL this morning. Just removed the flag, I left the rest in place. I think it'll make a great little "kit gun" for outdoor activities. (There ya go Iggy, I found a use for it for ya.)

Vulcan Bob, oh no, I guess I'm lost. I have enough trouble with the wife over the pre-lock guns without adding an entire new line of revolvers.

That is what I thought too. Another guy and I have been looking at those since they came out.

We are each trying to outlast the other and let the other guy buy one for us to try..

So far, so good!!!
