S&W Grips - Made in India ???
On our summer journey, we stopped in a Maine trading post. I was looking at an old Stevens Crackshot, and we were about $ 40.00 off from agreeing on a price. I had also looked at a really pretty pair of S&W grips. He threw them in to make the deal. I do not even know what they fit yet. Just looked inside them, and they are marked SKO, the # 6 written in white, and EAGLE GRIPS, INDIA. I was kind of suprised......... Anyone know what they fit ???

The markings are for a S&W K-frame.

Hard to tell, not having them in hand but looking at the offset at the top I would guess K frame. Don't be surprised if they don't fit all that well, some I have seen are a little loose but if you really like them a little bedding compound will improve the fit, don't forget to use a release agent on the frame though, otherwise becomes a permanent mount.

They look a lot like those John, these have the S&W logo in them though.

IIRC, Eagle would install medalions if they had them, for something like $15 extra.
I almost bought their Heritage grips w/medallions but instead bought some highly figured grips off a member here. Eagle's reputation for quality is really spotty.

These are aftermarket grips, made in India and marketed by Eagle grips. Here's a set of "replica cokes" on a Model 29:
