I haven't done Halloween in a looooonnng time do I dug up a couple from my youth
These are both early 70's:
The Lone Ranger get-up. Note the SA Colt capgun with homemade cardboard holster and mask
Of course every self respecting vampire wore yellow satin in those days:
My birthday is Oct. 29th so I always had lots of new toys to play with while eating my candy.

I took the kids out tonight to Hancock Park, which is a pretty upscale neighborhood....we had about 15 3-5 year olds with us...the group ahead of us were all at least 15 years old...WTH? Is the economy that bad that they need the free candy?
