Just brought it home. Hope to shoot it soon. Have to wait for the snow to stop.
Read good and bad. Any info or comments would be appreciated.

That 622 looks like it is in awesome shape. Those woods grips look great on it too. The biggest suggestion I have for you, is to order a couple extra firing pins for the gun. I will look up the information for a shop that special ordered some from a machine shop, as S&W no longer carries them for the 422, 622 or 2206. The firing pins apparently are prone to breaking from dry-fire. Which is a pain as there is no mechanism on the gun to decock it, and if you look at the bottom of the grip you will see a piece sticking out of a small hole indicating it is cocked. To decock it you have to place a 22 brass casing, empty shell in the chamber and pull the trigger.

The place to order the firing pins is:
Jack First: (605) 343 9544.
The pins cost $28 and they only had 200 made up. Shipping cost was kind of outrageous too I think they charge $9.50.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering why that nub was sticking out of the grip. I thought it was just a design oops. The wood grips greatly factored into my decision to purchase. I will follow up on the firing pins. Thanks
