A decent deal, better if it were 3 inch.

if the model 64 that you are looking at has a 4 inch barrel............check out the offerings at j&g sales before you buy.
Revolver
their website doesn't always include the entire inventory and there may be other goodies "in the back room" they are good people to do business with and will help you find what you are looking for, if they have it in stock.

I just bought a DAO 64 round butt 4" from J&G. $241 and change, delivered to my FFL. This included $10.00 for hand-select, out of the "very good" batch. We'll see... but everyone else that has purchased one of these was happy. It's going to be my next "project gun". I'll keep the Forum posted on the outcome.

Thanks everyone! It is a 4 incher with a square butt, double/single action. Heavy Barrel. The action is smooth as glass. I did purchase it today. I am fully aware of J&G sales. The only difference being with this model 64-3 I could "lay eyes on it" and it wasn't a grab bag. I have purchased items from J&G in the past and have been very happy with my buys, however there is lots of chatter on the forums of people getting rough examples and others getting pristine. Thank you again for your input everyone. If I knew how to put up pics, I would.
Thanks,
Trey
