Default M&P GRIP SLICK-NESS

Hello,
I have a M&P I shoot outdoors all year round and in the winter the grip
just does not feel the same. It feels slicker. It maybe my hands are dry
along with the gun being cold perhaps. Anyway I was thinking about getting some shooting gloves but I have not found any with very thin material. Anyone else experience this? BTW I like the XDm's grip texture over the M&P's. The XDm allows greater control because of the resessed areas the hand can fall into for greater torque control. Anyway got any suggestions...

Okay, a cheap way to make a more grippy grip. For $2.30 at Wally's World, pickup a inner tube for a 24 inch bike tire. Cut to fit over you grip. Trip with an exacto knife an you will have a cheaper Houge Grip for less than half the price. Wear it out, just cut and trim a new piece. Approximately 6 to 8 grips per inner tube. Works great.

Great idea!

Thanks for that. I think I will give that a try just for kicks.

If you want a thin glove, go out and get a golf glove. They don't come much thinner.

Army surplus Nomex flight gloves have a very soft and leather palm and finger surface . We went without them so much I still get tight jaws when I see people wearing them , but they are ideal for your situation .
