(I prefer w/o thumbsnap) and a set of:

These (Below) or similar "N" Frame, RB stocks.

Eric,
If the grips are no longer available from S&W Customer Service stay on top of Ebay. Most of the time they are listed as "Vintage Style".
Try "Andrews Holsters" in Florida. They are not the cheapest, but make an extremely nice lined holster.
Another outfit is a Forum Member LOBO Gun Leather. Great stuff at a very attractive price.
