Can someone please tell me or tell me where I can find info on a S&W 38 that i picked up. It is all matching numbers 38 in short. ser number773057. Is this pistol worth anything?
It has a nickle trigger and hammer.

Any info would be great. I cannot find any on the 38 short for some reason.

Welcome to the forum.

It appears to be a British Service revolver, which was chambered for .38 S&W. Later versions had a "V" serial number prefix (Victory). The chrome is an "upgrade".
