Default A gentleman's equipage - 1917

Thought I'd share this pic - it's what I imagine a well-equipped gentleman would find useful in 1917. The pistol is a 1913 .35 automatic that left the factory in October, 1916, from inventory manufactured in 1915. The catalog pages are from a reprinted S&W catalog of the period. The razor belonged to my paternal grandfather and was used by him daily - it was passed on to him by his father, a Civil War veteran.

Times have changed, but a man still needs a good razor and a good gun!
