Default I'm Sending for a Letter

I have a revolver that I'd like to get lettered from Mr. Jinks. How many photos should I send and what sorts of details should be included in the photos? I've never requested a S&W letter before, and I was curious how much detail to include.

The revolver is an Aircrewman Questions on a Pre-model 12 - Aircrewman?? and there are lots of details to look for to determine its authenticity. I know Jinks will only verify the serial number and not the gun itself, but I was just curious and would like to hear from other members who've lettered their revolvers.

Thanks!
