Default Bummed with S&W customer service

I just received my M&P pro 9 back from S&W customer service. One week turn around, not bad.

I had sent it in as it would randomly not reset the trigger when fired.

What was bad is that they did not reinstall the take down lever. It was missing. I could not disassemble the gun and had to send it back again. Bummer.

I know people screw up but man, what a pain.

Wow, I'd ask for a free magazine, shirt, cap or something for that screw up.

I agree, ask them for something to help make it up to you.

If you have to ask, it is not worth it.

Ask S&W! When it comes to customer service support, they will, for the most part, not disappoint you!

Yes I know what you mean. A few years ago I tried to order a different front sight for my 625. Because they could not install it (for a fee) the guy I was dealing with refused to sell me the sight. When I asked why they could not just sell me the front sight the response I got was the click of being hung up on. pretty sorry service even if it was only a 10 or 12 dollar part.

I sent it back to their customer service. They supplied the FedEx label and the return was pretty easy.

They just neglected to put the gun back together.

I hope they can take it apart with a missing take down lever without doing something that has a negative effect to the gun.
