They are changed from RB to SB. (Bought them myself these way) That is done proper and the fit is 100% tight. (tried and used on 617 and 686)
The outer form is exact that of a RB.

Never seen these before. Make "Arro" Never heard or seen and google finds nothing.
The Bakelite has a special look, makes it classic. Installed on my 686 and it holds quite nice in the hand.
No screw and counterpart. Small repair of broke out chip at the rear below the frame. See third picture from top.
Bakelite is hard but cracks easy so not for rough use.
