I have seen some expertly made from a toothbrush handle but you wont find a replacement without sending it back to the factory

Sir,
As others have mentioned, you can buy the fill kit from Brownells and do it that way, or find some plastic of the right color and carve one. I have also seen it done with the shank of a gold ring.
This is NOT a replacement part available to purchase. Smith molded it in at the factory using a similar method to the Brownell's kit.
