I am trying to remove the Birdcage / Flash Hider to use place my can / Supressor.
Upon removal I've noticed the thread length on the barrel to be deeper than the can by 2mm+


My questions:

Shall I place another washer ( lke the one between the Flash nut and end of barrel?

or Find a nut to place at end of barrel, then washer and the can?

If you can include a source to find the part of your recommendation would be great

assuming you are refering to a real can and not a dummy.. they align by seating up against the sholder at the rear of the threads so id suggest having a custom washer made to fit properly... im guessing you have an aac suppressor?

Yes a real can ( Tactical Innovations - Stratus ).

So placing multiple Crush Washers will not do the trick ?
