I am in New York State.

I recently purchased an M&P 340, sort of an impulse buy since I already have a 442 and don't carry much. So the 340 is for sale.

It is brand new, in the box, with everything that comes with a new S&W (see pics). This gun has never been fired

I am not an FFL and if yours will only accept shipment from another FFL, I will cover the transfer fee my local FFL charges ($35).

I love it too, just that it would sit in my safe more than be carried so someone else could give it a better home
