Default Austin Behlert smithing issues

I own a 39-2 that was smithed by Austin and now has a crack forming on the sleeve.. I am wondering if a new sleeve from S&W will fit my gun and just looking for more info on my 9mm as well.

Looks like damage caused by a worn out recoil spring.

A new stock slide should fit unless he "tightend" the rails.
