Default 686-1 back to S&W, again

Yesterday, I sent my 686-1, 8-3/8" back to S&W to finish the work they started over 3 months ago. The muzzel still needs to be cut and the finish needs to be sorted out after they tried to blend the finish with a new yoke installed.

I was nice(ish) in my return letter. I sent a copy of my original "needs repaired" list and dated notes from when I was told the muzzel cut was included. I also complimented them on the blending job they did when they re-fit the yoke on my 460XVR. I then told them that i was aware of the great work that they are capable of.

So perhaps by Christmas time I'll get it back again. hohoho
